18. The plan is to fire Sessions and appoint a toadie that will fire Mueller.

There's a problem with that plan.

The toadie has to be confirmed by the Senate and Session, no matter how much of a weasel he is, is one of theirs and they won't take kindly to him being fired for nothing.
