6. They are convinced low income people are all lazy

If they're low income, themselves, there is self blame for not doing better in school or not going to college or a trade school because by the time they wanted to, they had kids and were trapped in low income work and that's just laziness.

Their answer to people who can't afford health insurance premiums on low pay is consistent: "get a better job."

They don't explain what those jobs are or why they don't have one, either.
