46. As a military retiree, he's entitled to Tricare

which would pay in total for his cancer treatment. Yeah, he earned it, but wait, wouldn't that be an entitlement, worse socialized medicine? just in case.

There's also no pre-existing prohibitions with Tricare as most retirees have at least one.
