discredit the Steele Dossier (whether it's true or not) and then proclaim loudly.

LOOK! LOOK! SEE HERE! THERE WAS NOTHING THERE! IT IS ALL FAKE! in an attempt to discredit the whole Collusion investigations everywhere and to justify stopping any further investigation.

However, the Steele Dossier wasn't the only investigation... The US and several Foreign ICs had their own intelligence which indicated there was collusion and they were only comparing what appeared in their own intelligence with what was in the Dossier looking for verification of the Dossier. Not as the Republicans would have you believe the other way around.

None of this matters, anyway. They've already got a damn good case of Obstruction-of-Justice on Don Quistupidy among other high crimes. Plenty to impeach and convict him of if someone would just, DO IT!

Meanwhile, Twitterstiltskin is already TODAY undermining Grassley's efforts with his idiotic tweets.
