What is the role of the Supreme Court in this "constitutional crisis"? [View all]

Where are all those "great" conservative minds as our Constitution and our institutions are being threatened and attacked?

Do they have the right to comment on situations such as we are now experiencing? Or are they now in the pocket of Donald Trump and the Republicans and are nothing more than toothless tigers?

Do they have to wait until our country is laid to waste before they can make a decision?

Who is leading this Judicial Branch?
