5. It has been approved by the Supreme Court . Being pulled over by agents

identified as US Border Patrol is no different than being pulled over by any uniformed law enforcement officer and being asked if you are a US citizen is not exactly tantamount to being shot. I saw nothing to indicate that the Border Patrol officer treated her with any disrespect. In short, she wanted to go "sovereign citizen" with them, a stunt which never ends well.
