No, bullying is not being presidential. Nor is being a braggart or a success in your own mind. You don't get to say how your presidential. We tell you. You're becoming the most hated man in America and certainly don't represent the majority of Americans...period.
btw...getting something horrible through Congress is not an accomplishment. It's a stain.
