generally well liked in the Senate, on both sides of the aisle. And they are a little irritated that one of their own is being persecuted for actually following the law. And, in the confirmation hearings (before he became AG) he said he would recuse himself. So, PINO didn't even bother to listen to or get a report on the hearings.
