Beck demanded that the court ordered the US marshals to stop all other activities to protect him http://jampac.us/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/60-D.E.-60-Ord-Deny-Ps-Mtn-for-Ord-of-Protection-6-15-17.pdf

The Court notes that there are one hundred fifty plaintiffs in this case, who reside in forty-six jurisdictions, represented by five counsel of record. The undertaking Plaintiffs request would in all likelihood require the entire United States Marshals Service to direct all of its efforts and attention to this specific case and perform none of the numerous other duties assigned to that Service nationwide. While the Court is sensitive to Plaintiffs’ current allegations and concerns, they have failed to make the appropriate showing required for any Court-ordered protection.

Coming from a federal trial court, this is a polite way of dealing with the stupidity of the request. Hopefully the court will realize that the attorneys bringing this case are idiots. In many cases, the court will often rule based on which set of attorneys the court trusts and which set of attorneys will do the best judge of defending the court's ruling. Trial Courts hate to be over ruled on appeal and I am told that they will often based rulings on their belief as to which firm will do the best job of defending the court's rulings on appeal.

Here the plaintiff attorneys have demonstrated that they are idiots. I am hoping that the court will take this into account
