suggest it is heading that way. Rex Tillerson is saying we need to try to reach a peaceful agreement, while we have a president with a twitchy Twitter finger saying something else. Moral authority would be in the form of saying our long tern goal should be to eradicate nukes, and try to reduce them along with Russia, as we have seen with previous presidents. Ask the citizens of 196 nations if they think Trump, generally hated around the world because of his own despicable rhetoric, if he has the moral authority to be able to press the button at his own discretion.
