28. I think the parents should have taken her out of school.

She needed a break. I understand it is difficult to do that, but I think in extreme cases like this it has to be done. It doesn't have to be forever. The child was being made physically ill from the stress of going to school. That was a clue that the child was in serious trouble mentally as well. Of course they should have taken the cell phone away and restricted her internet use as well.
