1. Why does Trump refuse to talk about the hcare he promised during the campaign?

He didn't simply promise to repeal Obamacare.
He promised to replace it with a plan that insures more people and lowers premiums!

Whatever happened to that?
Why won't Trump simply publish the plan he had in mind back then?
