Not sure how many have read Piers Anthony Bio of a Space Tyrant, but Hope Hubris was President of "Jupiter/USA" and his daughter worked for him. Her name was "Hopie". Maybe there is a closer relationship than girlfriend here and he is telling everyone with the nickname. As much as Ivanka "turns him on", I would not put sleeping with her out of the picture daughter or not.
