67. Other Scenarios

1) Don brazens it out: Fires Muller, pardons the indicted, asks Congress rhetorically what the Hell they'll do about it.

2) Something sinister happens (aka Reichstag Fire): Russia induces a proxy to stage a 9-11 like attack; incites North Korea to do something stupid; causes all Hell to break loose in Europe. We rally round the flag, rally around the president, and give up our remaining rights.

3) Something unexpected happens. Hurricane. Earthquake. Tsunami. Some crisis or event clearly beyond control to which Don has to react. That reaction could redefine him - for better or for worse.

4) It gets worse Don is indicted. Don's supporters decide to make their wishes known with firearms - leading to a state ranging anywhere from mass unrest to civil war.

5) WW3 North Korea does something stupid outside the realm of scenario 2 above. We take countermeasures. China gets pissed. Then Russia decides its an opportune moment to retake Ukraine and the Baltic States. It goes to Hell from there.
