Maybe even one with conventional weapons, would be met with a overwhelming nuclear response. For one thing, if missiles were detected heading for Guam, we would have to assume they were nuclear-tipped. The US response would have to be massive to neutralise all the long range artillery pointing at Seoul. Kim would be signing his country's death warrant. If he doesn't know that then he is tickling the tail of a tiger.
