62. I disagree. The kind of behavior displayed by Chinese leaders

is no more sane than trump or Kim, or putin, or most republicans. and.. perhaps most/many human beings.
It is just a matter of degree.

One of the ways RUMI used the term "insane" referred to being totally and fully in love... with God....which demands conscious awareness.

This meaning of insane is just the opposite, lack of self-awareness, lack of any consciousness. Sleep.

That is my view.
