3. Well.... pre-black eye bruising there is swelling happening almost immediately...

Skin turns reddish/blushing as well...it's a trauma response. I don't see any evidence of that either....so I don't believe for one nano-second Zimmy sustained the alleged injuries he has conveniently claims.
