might have been victimized by white people, and I am sure when they were passed over for jobs, I'm pretty sure the boilerplate job rejection letters or emails were written in English, not Spanish or Arabic signed with an "Allahu Ackbar" at the bottom.

But they don't care about that, it's the 'other' that's the enemy.
