I turn on the news and see hate like I've never seen before. Idiots who want to hate others just because they are too insecure not to hate someone who might be a little different.

I condemn assholes like that. If someone maliciously does something to you, then anger is understandable. But if someone is born to look differently than you, you have no excuse to hate other than that you WANT to hate.

I'm not saying this very well, but we need some love. As hokey as it sounds, we need some love. So I'm going to start. I'm going to start right here.

I wish my fellow DU'ers love. I wish you peace and comfort and prosperity. I wish you security and protection in a world that has gone mad.
