8. Cool I understand....

I had a neighbor who moved in recently and was about join Angie's List. She didn't know who to call for a plumbing repair and ended up calling the plumber with the biggest ad in the yellowbook. I ended up referring my plumber to her and he gave an estimate 1/3 of the big name plumber. Me and another neighbor told her we would be happy to give her references for the any trade and she didn't have to join.

Sorry for your situation in NOLA and even more sorry to hear you got ripped off.
