They'll tweet or put out some statement condemning racism and bigotry, and then vote in lockstep with his orders.

I honestly think the only way he leaves office is by losing reelection in 2020. I know I've heard people on DU say they think he'll step down, he'll be impeached, I don't believe that. He's not getting impeached, not with the overwhelming majorities Congress has to have to do that. And he's got far, far too much pride to step down.

I've heard people say this is the end for him, that he won't last until Saturday. This is a guy who was caught on camera, bragging of sexual assault. That night, he issued a half assed apology, attacked the media, and his poll number went up.

I hate to sound like a pessimist, but this latest problem? His poll numbers will drop for a day or two, then people will forget it happened and they'll go back up.
