43. I have always supported single payer and have never once been called alt-left

That's probably because I've never baselessly smeared Dems and didn't believe all the Hillary scandals and spread them. Those are the actions that get some "smeared" with the label and IMO rightly so. And those aren't the reasons Trump is using it. He's co-opted it for his own ends.
