5. yeah but that tax break for the 1% could be miniscule comparative to the overall amount.

for multi-million wages, it's hardly worth mentioning, imo. however, they could re-frame by saying the cut is on everyone's first $250,000 of income.

how many of the 1% actually earn wages? most 'earn' through investments and already pay a lower rate than everyone else.
