but this scene strikes me as pretty sad actually.
What emptiness among such opulence. NH is my home, and there are many wealthy people who come here to play... oftentimes making asses of themselves and trouble for those of us who have to clean up after them or cope with their presence.
I was prepared to think of something pithy- but what this photo really evokes is a kind of pathetic sadness.
