If he did sign one it wouldn't be enforceable. In any event, Trump is still Trump. I'm wondering whether the Deplorables will be unhappy that Bannon was fired (and if he goes back to Breitbart, Bannon will certainly fan those flames), and Trump will try that much harder by being more racist than ever, to keep their support.
