whether PhD or MD. They always insist on the title and they've all cultivated the same speech patterns and strategies to cut people dead if anyone contradicts them. They change jobs a lot, trying to stay just ahead of all the people who see right through them.

So every time he opens his mouth, backpfeifengesicht kicks in.
