It's unfortunate that stupid flame war threads about personality get hundreds of recs here as people take sides and bash one another in the comments.
Threads about something appalling - that everybody agrees is appalling - get little attention. Does one "rec" a thread when the topic is horrific? Sometimes that feels wrong. What more can one say?
