74. Does he even have a pen?

Aug 2017

Donnie John does love his signing ceremonies (probably because they center on him), but what was he signing? Did they just stage a fake ceremony and photo for him? From his expression, it doesn't seem to be making him happy.

Or are they just all trying to read off the same sheet because they forgot to invite along the person who knows how to change the toner cartridge?

Also, the lack of symmetry is interesting. 4 flags on the left (and 6 people), with 3 flags (and 7 people) to the right. Makes you think there was another flag on the right that was removed. Was it a Confederate flag or a Russian flag that they removed for the sake of the photo?
