3. The underlying problem is Trump himself.

There is no one on the face of this planet (with the tiny possible exception of Putin) who can keep Trump from saying whatever comes into his tiny brain.

What Hope Hicks has going for her is that she's an attractive female, and Trump values looks in women above everything else. So maybe she'll last a bit longer, simply because she's eye candy. But she does not seem to have anything remotely resembling the background or experience to do this job.
