5. Any rational, logical person would suggest that RMoney was in serious trouble.....

But in RMoney land...if I said I wasn't involved I wasn't even if the documents and my subsequent statements contradicted that position. I did not have financial relations with that company after February 1999.

So let's see how this plays out. Lying to the SEC is a felony. Telling stories and dancing around your offshore bank accounts, etc. compromises your credibility with voters.

Me thinks that RMoney's magic pants are scratchy right now.
