9. As someone who took an oath to defend the Constitution, I disagree.

Freedoms are meaningless if you don't allow others to express them. Forcing people to show respect to a symbol of something they feel does not protect them is like pissing on the Constitution. Thankfully, we live in a country where it is still allowable to have this conversation.
