33. This is what baffles me.

Obama is treated with rock star status wherever he goes by everyone. People brave inclement weather to see him and he's cheered by young and old and people of all races. Romney attracts anemic rallies with white followers, unless they can buy a few minorities, and the turnout is as enthusiastic as if they were getting root canals. So, I keep getting puzzled by all these polls saying they're running neck-and-neck or closing in on each other. Romney has yet to bridge the enthusiasm gap with Republicans. If he were medicine, they'd only take him if he were the cure for a fast-acting snakebite venom and even then, they'd dump a lot of sugar in him to sweeten him up when they swallowed him.
