2. What if we make Cooper the Vice Presidential runningmate to Harris or Booker?

The rational of putting Cooper on the ticket is too help Democrats with white working class voters and help Democrats carry NC,GA,and FL.
Helping Democrats regain control of the NC state legislature will take 2 cycles- 2018 and 2020.
