The Stones wrote the songs so they can tell him not to use them, no matter how much they pay for the copyright. The article said the Stones demanded he not play their music. Isn't this against the law?

I could think of a zillion songs that would be appropriate for him to use (mostly sarcastic ones). He is buddies with Kids Rock and Ted, the Nuge, Nugent so why doesn't he play their songs?
