This woman felt entitled to sit on the car of complete strangers, shout angry (if slurred) profanities at them, demand to see their licenses, and pull a citizen’s arrest on them.

Their crime? Being brown in her Southern California neighborhood.

For millions of Trump followers, this is acceptable behavior — and that is horrifying. This woman looks like a maniac, and she is. Not because she sounds drunk and out of control; but because she is acting on an impulse of hatred.
