They all don't have deep unlimited pockets. Especially legal aid, they turn away much, much more valid cases than this because of lilies resources.

The SPLC and ACLU concentrate their efforts on high profile cases and ones where a victory will actually produce a real impact. Taking a case of dubious merit in the first place just to make a statement against one unhinged loser isn't on their priority list. Now if this person was a high profile leader of a white nationalist group and going after them would have an impact on the wider group and send a message that might get the SPLC interested. Your garden variety neighborhood racist trash isn't.
