If someone's response to the GE loss was election was that the 16.9 million who voted for Clinton in the primary should have relinquished their votes to a self-entitled minority, they reveal an abiding contempt for democracy and the democratic rights of citizens less privileged and, on average, less affluent than themselves. If they then use that or anything else as an excuse for refusing to vote for Clinton in the GE, they are self-entitled narcissists whose egos and values are perfectly reflected by the narcissist in the White House.
