For those who can't watch video... he got excited and and blurted out

"...It would be-it would be ludicrous for me to tell you how they feel. Hey! I go down the street and I see Martin Luther-Martin Luther Coon, uh, I shouldn't have said that, Martin Luther King, I mean, should I rip the-should I rip the-the signs down, or insist that they-they take Martin-Martin Luther King street down or the rest of that stuff?"
