Bush spent money like he had a blank check and all the money saved was spent and we were at the brink of bankruptcy when Obama had to step before his inauguration to take steps to halt it. Trump is spending at a much greater rate. I'm sure H2O Man will have a much clearer explanation as I am just a beginner in all this.
