11. Just sickening. People will probably die because they will be taking up valuable time. People are

bumper-to-bumper evacuating and they're going to create bottle-necks? This will really backfire among Texans. If there are any deaths tied to this, it will make Katrina look like a water park ride. Especially if it happens to the "reddist of the red" states. During Hurricane Rita, people were backed up and stuck in their cars during the storm. Most would have been safer at home.
