Can the US Courts stop this ban on Transexuals in the military? [View all]

That he did this makes me feel like throwing up. What possible reason does he have to do this? Didn't the Supreme Court just find that ALL people have equal rights? This act shouldn't be legal and must be a violation of our Constitution.
