3. Great story. Not sure if you're old enough (probably not if you have a young daughter)....

....to remember Art Linkletter, but he did a segment on his show called "Kids say the darndest things".

He was really likable and popular on his show, but of course that was before anyone thought about the politics of celebrities. Turns out he was a staunch Reaganite and very conservative. Politically he wasn't very likable at all.
