According to https://www.theroot.com/white-supremacist-daniel-borden-charged-in-charlottesvi-1798467504, Borden is from Mason, Ohio. He traveled from there to Virginia, committed his special crime in Virginia, returned to Ohio, was arrested by the Ohio police and is currently in an Ohio jail.

It don't get no better than this.
