2. He has failed every aspect of his crime spree

He keeps cutting these departments in major slashes. $200 million for teen pregnancy, $300 million from FEMA, etc. He is nearing a billion so he can build his fucking wall that will never happen. With all this money being syphoned off, where will it go besides his coffers?
