10. If You Recall Katrina....

they made another black Mayor of a city hit by a crisis the scapegoat - Mayor Nagen.

Someone has to bear the blame - and a black Mayor is the likely candidate. How unfair. How racist.

I think the Mayor of Houston handled this perfectly and should be commended. By not issuing an evacuation of the city order - he saved countless lives. It would have been a bigger disaster if millions of citizens of Houston would have been trapped on the highways getting out of town.
