I live in San Diego, CA and since my apt (500 Sq foot condo) is downstairs and at the end of a row of connected condos every leak from anyone above on the second floor or above me on a slope comes down to me (gravity). I have a flood, either from a weather related leak or man made leak in another unit, about every 3 years for 30 years since their water comes down to me. My insurance has doubled twice.
