Not at all, but it will matter to any official or judge that still exists who isnt a rightwing sycophant.

Now understand that because of who did what last November, EVEN IF trump is impeached, your/my ENTIRE judicial system will soon be Scalia's and it will remain that way until we are all DEAD and gone, MAYBE it improves for our grandchildren and that is if anybody is still around.
