Impeachment will lead to Civil War

19. Long time reader and had to make an account

So I've been a long time reader of this website, but I saw this comment and I knew....This is the time I need to make an account.

Why are both of you jumping for joy at the prospects of a Civil War? Why are both of ya'll so excited to be able to rejoin the Military and wage war and kill fellow Americans?

Is that really where we want this country to go? Do we want every semblance of the American way torn down in a bloody war spilling out into American Soil and into our cities, streets, and homes.

Do we want our children, parents, and friends split apart on opposing sides and killing one another because we believe differently?

Why does this thought fill both of you with such glee that you just hope and pray it comes to this so you can re-enlist, and enlist and kill fellow Americans with the name of the US Government and US Military at your back?

To me the thought of a civil war terrifies me, I can't imagine hoping for such an outcome and being excited at the prospect.
