Fox News and RW radio have poisoned not only their own echo chamber but the entire media ecosystem. Cable news is the biggest offender but you also have hacks like Glenn Thrush and Maggie Haberman at the NYT who perpetuate this "normalize the 'strong' white male Republican leader at all costs" narrative. It's almost as though they think that is their job.
