“What a crowd, what a turnout,” Trump said from atop this firetruck, addressing hurricane victims.

edit to add: Christine Wilkie just retweeted this post saying that the crowd wasn't composed of hurricane victims because Corpus Christi didn't get hit that bad. Even if they were just supporters it's still a tone deaf, shitty thing to say.
